Because we use real, natural tallow, the color and texture can vary slightly depending on the time of year and what the cattle were eating. That's actually a good sign -- it means we're not adding artificial anything to make every batch look identical.

Orders ship within 1-2 business days and usually arrive in 3-7 days depending on where you are. During peak demand, it can take up to 15 days. You'll get a tracking number as soon as your order is ready to go.

Don't panic -- carriers sometimes mark packages delivered a day or two early. Give it 3-4 days and check with your local post office. If it still hasn't shown up, email us at help@cowguys.shop and we'll sort it out.
