Cancellation policy

Effective Date: April 17, 2025

By placing an order for any product or service identified as a subscription, pre-order, or try-before-you-buy, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms. These terms are binding and enforceable. No exceptions shall be made unless required by applicable law.

Subscriptions
By initiating a subscription, you authorize COWGUYSFARM to charge your stored payment method at the intervals and amounts disclosed at the time of checkout. Subscription charges will continue unless and until the subscription is canceled prior to the next scheduled billing date. If your subscription includes auto-renewal, you are solely responsible for canceling it prior to renewal to avoid further charges. Cancellations may be submitted at any time through the link provided in your order confirmation. Cancellations apply prospectively only. Charges already incurred, processed, or shipped are non-refundable under any circumstance. No retroactive cancellations or prorated refunds will be granted.

Pre-Orders
Pre-orders constitute a contractual commitment to purchase an item not yet available for immediate shipment. COWGUYSFARM may process full or partial payment at checkout, or store your payment credentials for future fulfillment and billing. A pre-order may be canceled only if it has not yet entered fulfillment. Once a pre-order has been fulfilled, shipped, or invoiced, cancellation is no longer permitted. Refund eligibility, if applicable, will be determined exclusively in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Try-Before-You-Buy
For try-before-you-buy orders, COWGUYSFARM will place an authorization hold on your payment method at checkout. You will have a limited evaluation window, as disclosed at the time of purchase, to initiate a return. If no return is received within the stated window, your payment method will be charged in full without further notice. Return eligibility and condition requirements are governed strictly by our Return & Refund Policy. Failure to return the item by the deadline constitutes acceptance of the product and full consent to the charge.

Modifications
We reserve the right to revise this policy at any time without prior notice. Updates are effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of any applicable purchase option after such revisions constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated terms.
