Refund policy

Effective Date: April 17, 2025

By placing an order with COWGUYS ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to the following return and refund terms:

1. RETURN WINDOW
You have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. CONDITIONS FOR RETURN
Item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Contact us at help@cowguys.shop to initiate a return.
Returns must be approved before sending. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions for sending your package to our return address.

3. DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

4. EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We reserve the right to not accept returns on:
Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants).
Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items).
Personal care items (e.g., beauty products).
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Sale items or gift cards.

5. EXCHANGES
To receive a different item, please return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order.

6. EU 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
If your item is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, with no justification required.
Item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

7. REFUNDS
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return and confirm if the refund is approved.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, contact us at help@cowguys.shop.
